How are posters made?
The posters are printed on demand by our partner Gelato, who also handles their production and shipping. This method reduces waste and uses sustainable materials, thus supporting an environmentally friendly approach. By collaborating with Gelato, we can offer high-quality printing while optimizing delivery times thanks to a global network of print centers.
What are the poster materials and hanging options?
The posters are printed on thick, high-quality paper to ensure the artwork looks its best. Each poster comes with durable wooden hanging rods, available in four colors, providing an aesthetically pleasing yet practical solution for easy wall hanging. It's important to note that some natural materials, such as wood, may have slight imperfections, which is part of their unique character.
How to mount and hang your artwork?
Your artwork will be delivered in sturdy packaging to ensure its protection during shipping. The hanging rods and poster are packaged separately to avoid damage.
Prepare the poster
Upon receipt, your poster may be rolled up. To restore its shape, we recommend gently rolling it in the opposite direction, without forcing it too hard, to gradually flatten it. It will naturally relax over time.
Assemble the baguettes
Assembly is simple and intuitive! Each set includes four wooden sticks with integrated magnets:
- Place two sticks at the top of the poster, letting them trap the paper between them (the hanging string is already attached to the top ones).
- Do the same with the other two sticks at the bottom of the poster to add weight and ensure a natural fall.
Hang the poster
Thanks to its lightweight design, your artwork can be easily hung on a nail, screw, tack or any other support suitable for your interior.
Tip for optimal rendering
To ensure the poster remains firmly attached to the wall and perfectly straight, we recommend adding a small piece of double-sided tape or adhesive paste (such as Patafix) to the back of the strips, at the top and bottom. This will prevent the poster from curling and ensure a flawless finish.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment for your order is made securely via Shopify Payments , which supports several payment methods:
Bank cards : Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Mobile payments : Apple Pay, Google Pay
Other methods : Depending on your country, other local payment options may be available during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries around the world through our partner Gelato, which has a large network of print centers. However, some countries are not eligible for delivery due to logistical restrictions or areas not served by Gelato. During checkout, you can check if your country is available for delivery.
What are the delivery times for orders?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. On average, orders take between 1 and 6 business days after shipment to arrive, depending on the destination and product.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us via the contact form or by email at okayhela.contact@gmail.com and provide a photo of the product and a detailed description of the problem so we can process your replacement or refund request.
What are the shipping costs and applicable taxes?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and product weight. Taxes and customs fees may also apply, and these are assessed at checkout. However, in some cases, these fees may be requested upon delivery directly by the destination country's customs services. These additional fees are the customer's responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for them.
How can I track my order?
Every order processed by our partner Gelato is assigned a unique tracking number. You'll receive this tracking information by email once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your package's progress in real time.
Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
As posters are printed on demand, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been validated and put into production. Be sure to double-check all information before finalizing your purchase.
How do I maintain my poster to keep it in perfect condition?
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading. Handle the poster with clean, dry hands to avoid streaking.
